Jennifer Lawrence apparently needs to be more careful when she wears a floor-length dress. The Oscar-winning actress fell on the red carpet at the premiere of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" in Madrid on Tuesday night, November 10.
The 25-year-old actress looked gorgeous in the floor-length Ralph Lauren dress. The black dress featured plunging neckline and semi sheer panels. While her hair was let loose, Jennifer completed her looks with green earrings, silver ring and strappy black heels. Prior to a group photo, her co-star Josh Hutcherson made fun of the train of her dress.
The mishap was captured in a video posted by a fan on Tumblr. In the video, the blonde beauty took a tumble as she hit the red carpet. It appeared that her heel got caught in the train of her beautiful dress. A number of people managed to prevent her from falling. When Jennifer was helped up, she took another tumble and fell to the ground.

It wasn't the first time Jennifer fell in front of cameras. Back in 2013, the actress fell down as she made her way to the stage of the Academy Awards to accept her Oscar. Earlier this year, she tripped on the red carpet of the 2015 Academy Awards.
"Mockingjay, Part 2" features an epic final battle as Katniss Everdeen teams up with her closest friends to take down the evil ruler who has become obsessed with destroying her. In addition to Jennifer and Josh, the film stars Liam Hemsworth, Julianne Moore, Stanley Tucci and Jena Malone. The final installment of "The Hunger Games" franchise is set to hit U.S. theaters on November 20.
