Neil Patrick Harris and his family showed off their Halloween costume in a new family portrait posted on Instagram. The former "How I Met Your Mother" star, his husband, and their two children, both 5, transformed into four iconic "Star Wars" characters. There was also a Yoda stuffed animal.
The "Gone Girl" actor wore Obi-Wan Kenobi costume, David Burtka dressed up as Han Solo, son Gideon channeled his inner Luke Skywalker complete with a lightsaber, and daughter Harper rocked a double-bun do as Princess Leia. "A long time ago in a Halloween far, far away...." Harris wrote in a caption.
It's the second Halloween costume for the kids. A few days ago, Burtka tweeted a picture of them wearing colorful outfits for their school event. "The kids had their Halloween concert today they wanted to go as the Queen of Mermaids and Captin Color Pants!" so he explained.
