Kaley Cuoco no longer uses her husband's last name. The actress was still credited as Kaley Sweeting on "The Big Bang Theory", but her name was restored to Cuoco at a recent Los Angeles event which marked her first public appearance as a single woman.

"And my weekend starts right now @mastersgrandslam," so the 29-year-old star wrote on Instagram along with a photo of her place card at the Longines Masters event. She looked chic wearing a Giambattista Valli black dress and Tom Ford sandals.
