AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez was reportedly happy when she learned that her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber talked about their past romance in a positive way in Complex magazine. HollywoodLife reported that the "Good for You" singer even got goosebumps because of the sweet words he said of her.
A source told the website, "Selena loves hearing Justin gush about her in interviews. She likes to know he's still thinking about her." Later on, the source said, "Honestly, hearing him say sweet things about her sometimes gives her goosebumps."
Despite the goosebumps, Comez didn't have any plan to get back together with Bieber. "Their relationship is over and she has no plans to get back with him. She's actually in a really strong, healthy place right now, where she can think about Justin and not get overwhelmed by the past," the source explained. "She can talk about him and move on."
Speaking to Complex magazine, Bieber previously said of his past relationship with Gomez, "We were so in love. Nothing else mattered. We were all about each other. But when it's like that and you get your value from that, people will always disappoint you. Your girl or your dude, they're always going to disappoint you. Your full identity can't be in that person. My identity was in her. Her identity was in me."
Regarding what he learned from his time with Gomez, he stated, "Don't fall in love. No, I'm just kidding. I learned a lot. I moved in with my girlfriend when I was 18. Started my own life with her. It was a marriage kind of thing. Living with a girl, it was just too much at that age."
