Sources have confirmed that the couple got engaged on Christmas, yet preferred to keep their engagement private.

AceShowbiz - Liv Tyler is engaged to be married. The actress has got engaged to her sports agent boyfriend David Gardner. Official statement has yet to be made by the actress or her camp, but multiple sources have confirmed their engagement.
"They have been since last Christmas but prefer to be private," one source told Us Weekly. "She's been wearing the ring." Another source, meanwhile, added, "Dave's perfect for her."
38-year-old Liv and 57-year-old David began dating last year. The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby boy they named Sailor Gene, in February this year. Liv was spotted flashing her alleged engagement ring while stepping out together with David in London this past April.
Should Liv and David make it to the altar, the wedding would be their second. She was previously married to Royston Langdon, with whom she shares her 10-year-old son Milo. As for David, he was previously married to Davinia Taylor, with whom he has son Grey, 7.
