Kim Kardashian gave her swollen ankles a break from high heels during her trip in San Diego. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was spotted wearing fuzzy slippers alongside her daughter North West outside a hotel in the city on Wednesday, September 23.
The pregnant reality TV star wore a black figure-hugging dress and long coat. She traded strappy heels for white fuzzy slippers. The strappy heels she wore on the previous day left some obvious marks on her swollen ankles. North, meanwhile, wore a matching black outfit. The 2-year-old girl had her curls put into top knot.
Kim has always worn high heels during outings though she's pregnant. On Tuesday, the 34-year-old reality TV star attended grandma Mary Jo Shannon's 81st birthday dinner. Kim wore the same outfit as the one she wore on Wednesday but she opted to wear black strappy heels for the family dinner.
According to TMZ, Kim who was joined by her younger sister Khloe Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner also went to Pathway Genomics on Tuesday for a medical test to see if they carried a genetic cancerous gene. They were also tested for heart disease and diabetes.
