Kim Kardashian's daughter is seen stretching her hand to Kourtney Kardashian's oldest daughter while in a car to San Diego.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian posted a new cute picture of her daughter North West. In the photo posted by her famous mother on Instagram, the little girl and cousin Penelope Disick were seen holding hands while sitting in their car seat each. "Road Trippin'," so Kim wrote.
The pregnant star was in the car with the two little girls along with Khloe Kardashian and another Kourtney Kardashian kid, Mason Disick. The group was reportedly traveling to San Diego for grandma Mary Jo Shannon's 81st birthday.
They were joined by "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" momager, Kris Jenner, when they arrived at their destination. The entire family then dined at George's At The Cove. "San Diego Sunsets with the fam," so Kim captioned a picture of them together.
