Emilia Clarke slams sex scenes despite getting nude on "Game of Thrones". Speaking to Daily Mail at a party in Mayfair, the 28-year-old English actress thinks there should be fewer sex scenes on television.

"Sex scenes should be more subtle," Emilia shares, "I'm British, so I cringe at that sort of thing anyway - I can't stand it. I don't want to have sex thrown in my face and I've always thought the suggestion is so much more titillating than the act itself."

The "Terminator Genisys" actress continues, "Most sex scenes you see in films or on TV are gratuitous and they're usually just to attract an audience. On screen, the subtler the better."

Fellow "Game of Thrones" cast member Oona Chaplin previously prompted speculation that Emilia had asked the show's bosses to no longer do topless scenes. Oona told The Telegraph back in 2013, "One of the girls in the show who got her kit off the most in the first couple of seasons now doesn't at all because she said, 'I want to be known for my acting not for my breasts.' "
