Lily Cole has officially become a mother. The model and her boyfriend Kwame Ferreira welcomed the arrival of their first child, a baby girl, on Friday, September 11. The new parents named their newborn daughter Wylde.

The 27-year-old beauty shared the baby news via her Instagram. In one of the Instagram photos she shared, Lily could be seen holding Wylde on her arms as she sat on a bed and offered a smile to the camera. The other pic, meanwhile, offered a glimpse of Wylde's little hand pulling at her mother's famous red hair.

In addition to both shots, Lily shared a link to her website featuring a poem she had written about her daughter. No other details about Wylde were shared though.

Back in late February, Lily publicly announced through a post on her Instagram that she was pregnant with her first child with Kwame. She posted a photo of a plastic dinosaur, a spinning top, and a yellow sticky note that had the words "I AM HAVING A BABY!" on it.
