AceShowbiz - The first full trailer for "Demolition" has arrived. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, the movie follows a successful businessman who tries to get his life back after losing his wife in a tragic car accident.

Davis (Gyllenhaal) finds himself in desperation after his lovely wife dies. He begins his path to redemption through an unlikely way he never thought he found. Disappointed that he cannot get a pack of chocolate chips, Davis writes a complaint letter to a vending machine company which eventually turns into a series of letters telling his personal life and feelings.

It surprisingly becomes a way to get his life back as Davis' letters catch the attention of customer service rep Karen (Naomi Watts). He thinks that the only way to get beyond his past is to completely destroy everything in his world and just start rebuilding it. With the help of Karen and her son (Judah Lewis), Davis starts the process of tearing down his life.

This is not the first time that Gyllenhaal has played a man whose life becomes miserable after losing his wife. Recently, he starred as a boxer, who lost his wife, in "Southpaw" alongside Rachel McAdams.

"Demolition" is directed by Jean-Marc Vallee. It is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday, September 10 and will have a limited release in the U.S. on April 18, 2016.
