T.I. has been rumored to be dropping a surprise album or mixtape next Friday as he's been using the hashtag "#911" on Instagram lately. This Friday, September 4, he just fueled the speculation when he debuted a new track called "Check, Run It".

Produced by League of Starz, the track finds Tip going back to his signature trap sound. Over the hard-hitting percussion and synth, he brags in the chorus, "No broke s**t in my life/ Cause I'm scared that s**t could rub off on me/ I'm superstitious, no lie/ Check, run it/ No broke s**t in my life."

Tip is currently readying a new trap album called "The Dime Trap". Marking his 10th full-length, the follow-up to last year's "Paperwork" has yet to have an official release date.

"You just come to a whole new element, bring it back down and build the process back over again," the rapper recently explained the project. "I'm breaking it all down, back to the element of where my music first began to interest people, and build it all over again."
