The Internet are buzzing with the new rumor that Kermit the Frog has moved on from his ex Miss Piggy just a few weeks after the split announcement. A photo of Kermit and the new 'girl' is out there to prove the burgeoning romance. However, there's more truth in that.
Denise, a pig who acts as ABC's marketing executive, is deemed Kermit's new lady love. The official "The Muppets" Twitter account further fuels the story by tweeting, "The word is out: Kermit is seeing Denise. We're bracing for Miss Piggy's forthcoming wrath."
Kermit is quick to clarify this, saying he's dating but Denise is not official yet. "Sheesh. I can't believe I already have to do this again... Here is the official statement on my relationship status," the frog tweeted his statement.

Kermit had a different tone in an earlier interview with ET Online. "I'm very happy about that," he said about Denise. He admitted loving pigs for "the curly tail", adding "It's fascinating. I don't know why it makes a difference to frogs, but it's pretty cool."
Kermit and Miss Piggy announced their breakup a few weeks ago after decades of dating. In a joint statement, they said the split will not affect their professional relationship. Piggy was photographed with Liam Hemsworth in an Instagram pic, gazing into the Australian actor's eyes. "Spent Friday with the most beautiful girl in the world. Kermit, #SorryNotSorry," Hemsworth captioned.
Both Hemsworth and Denise will appear on "The Muppets" which premieres September 22 on ABC.
