On Thursday, August 27, Rob poked fun at his weight problems by posting an old picture of him, when he was still in shape, drinking a glass of milkshake with two other glasses in front of him. "Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha #throwbackthursday," he captioned it.

Rob has been working hard to lose the weight he gained over the past few years. He has been exercising with his siblings including Kim, Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga. Kim recently tweeted, "Rise & Grind! Workout time!!!!! With @robkardashian." Rob's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson previously told PEOPLE he had been working out regularly. "Rob is always in!" Gunnar said. "He's slammed schedule-wise and still makes this work."
