Rob Kardashian apparently admitted his weight problem via an Instagram picture he posted on Thursday, August 27. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted a snap of himself drinking a glass of milkshake.
The old picture showed the reality TV star when he was still in shape. Rob smiled to the camera in a black shirt and cap. There were two other glasses of milkshake in front of him which were seemingly his. "Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha #throwbackthursday," read the caption.
Regarding Rob's effort to get back in shape, celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson previously told PEOPLE that the 28-year-old reality TV star had been working out regularly. "Rob is always in!" Gunnar said. "He's slammed schedule-wise and still makes this work."
Earlier this week, Rob posted on Instagram a picture of his half-sibling Kylie Jenner and Tyga working out together. The couple who appeared in sportsgears was striking a pose to the camera. A caption for the picture read, "Spotted these fools on the morning workout."
On the following day, Rob's elder sister Kim Kardashian tweeted, "Rise & Grind! Workout time!!!!! With @robkardashian." It appears that Kim has become his best workout buddy. Earlier this month, the pregnant reality TV star said that she "went on the hardest hike ever" together with him.
