The 'Lizzie McGuire' star and the hunky personal trainer reportedly got 'very touchy and flirty' during a night out at Warwick in West Hollywood, but her rep insists they're just friends.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff is apparently ready to move on following her split with husband Mike Comrie. The actress/singer recently had a "flirty" night out with personal trainer Jason Walsh at Warwick in West Hollywood.
Duff and the blonde hunk hit the venue on Friday, August 21 after attending the opening party of Walsh's gym, Rise Nation, earlier in the evening. The two were goofing around when posing for photographers on the red carpet of the bash.
Meanwhile at the club, "they were very touchy and flirty," an eyewitness tells Us Weekly. "It seemed like a date night." The source says at one point in the evening, Walsh escorted Duff to the bathroom "very gentleman-like." The source adds, "She seemed super happy!"
Despite the source's testimony, a representative for the "Lizzie McGuire" alum says that "they're not an item and merely friends."
Duff filed for divorce from Comrie, her husband of four years, in February 2015, after separating for over a year. She is seeking for primary physical custody of their 3-year-old son, Luca.
