Kelly Osbourne is still not holding when it comes to expressing her distaste for Giuliana Rancic. "I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar," she told TheWrap at the 4th Annual NYX FACE Awards.

Osbourne left "Fashion Police" along with Kathy Griffin who was brought in as a replacement for Joan Rivers amidst the drama surrounding Rancic's offensive comments on Zendaya Coleman's Oscar dreadlocks. After several months of hiatus, the show will be back on air with Rancic, Brad Goreski, and Melissa Rivers as critics.

"Brad is one of the most incredible people in fashion, he is funny as f**k," Osbourne said. "I am so happy for Melissa that she is filling that seat and I want that show to go on. It was just my time to move on." She won't rule out returning to the show "if certain people weren't there."

Kelly Osbourne herself was recently caught up in a similar controversy after she made racist remarks on "The View" when commenting on Donald Trump's anti-Mexican criticisms. When asked on the matter, she said, "Do you know why? Because of people like Giuliana Rancic."

"Don't blame me for other people's mistakes. I wasn't edited," she told Us Weekly of her toilet-cleaning joke. "It wasn't a premeditated attack. And if I watched it, I would hate me too. So I have no problem, and I would do whatever I have to, to make it right. But don't compare me to her."

"You can see that they cut me off," Osbourne then noted that her segment was edited down. "You only saw a 6-second clip. When you watch the full episode, it's a different story. But I'm not going to make up excuses because I don't need to. I know who I am."

Rancic hasn't responded to Osbourne's harsh words but she said, "I don't think I need to comment" when asked about Osbourne's "The View" blunder by E! News earlier this month. "I've got to take the high road on this," she added.
