Carly Rae Jepsen celebrated the release of her new album "E.MO.TION" by gracing the stage of "Today" show. The Canadian pop star delivered live renditions of two singles from the record when she stopped by the morning show on Friday, August 21.

Jepsen kicked off her set with the album's lead single "I Really Like You" before continuing with its follow-up "Run Away With Me". For the third song, she performed her biggest hit single yet "Call Me Maybe" from her 2012 effort "Kiss".

"E.MO.TION" was first released in Japan in June. It finally arrived in the U.S. on the same day Jepsen visited "Today" show.

In a brief interview with host Matt Lauer, Jepsen said she's super happy about the positive reviews her "E.MO.TION" album had received. She also revealed if it's tough for her to release new music after the massive success of 2012's "Call Me Maybe".

"I think there was two ways of looking at it," she said. "It was either this big pressure thing or it was a great opportunity to showcase some other flavors that I like to do musically. 'Emotion' for me is [the latter]."
