The 'Parks and Recreation' actress is bashed for allowing an offensive joke that mention Beyonce Knowles' little girl and the male singer who was once accused of urinating on a minor.

AceShowbiz - Amy Poehler has landed in hot water over a joke that mentions Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z's daughter on the pilot of Hulu's new comedy, "Difficult People". Although she doesn't star on the show, she is seeing the brunt of the backlash since she's one of the producers.

On the show, Julie Klausner's character, a wannabe comedienne named Julie Kessler, tweeted an insensitive joke, "I can't wait for Blue Ivy to be old enough for R. Kelly to piss on her." Back in 2002, Kelly was infamously accused of having sex with and urinating on an underage girl.

Kessler came under fire over her tweet as she told her boyfriend, "Uh oh. I tweeted something about Blue Ivy earlier and now the Internet is being really mean to me." Much like what happened on the series, the joke also becomes an issue in real life. Many found it tasteless and inappropriate.

"In what universe does anyone think it's OK to make jokes involving an accused (but acquitted) sex criminal urinating on someone's daughter?" Dan Gainor, VP of Business and Culture for the Media Research Center, told FOX411. "This is foul, disgusting and unfunny. And it steps into territory targeting children in a perverted way. Poehler and Hulu need to apologize ASAP."
