Jenna Bush Hager has given birth to her second child, a baby girl. The daughter of former U.S. president, George W. Bush, announced that she welcomed her second daughter with husband Henry Hager on Thursday, August 13.
The proud parents introduced the bundle of joy on Instagram. "Welcome to the WORLD Poppy Louise Hager--named after my darling Gamps who went by Poppy during his childhood. We are in LOVE," the "Today" correspondent wrote in the caption.
Gamps refers to former President George H.W. Bush. "We are proud to name [Poppy] after a man we so adore," Henry said. The baby weighed in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches. She joins big sister Margaret Laura, 2, who is named after Jenna's mother, Laura Bush, and Henry's, Margaret Hager.
