Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are making a new motoring programme for streaming site after leaving BBC.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May announced a deal with Amazon Prime. The former "Top Gear" hosts are working on a new car show to debut on the streaming service next year. They reunite with their longtime producer Andy Wilman.

"@AmazonVideoUK now saying I can't be their chief drone pilot. Apparently they want us to make a car show," Clarkson wrote on Twitter. Hammond enthused, "I've got a job I've got a job I've got a job. Haircut, clean jeans and practice driving again. Forrrrwaaaaaaaard!!"

Clarkson added in a statement, "I feel like I've climbed out of a biplane and into a spaceship." Hammond said, "Amazon? Oh yes. I have already been there. I got bitten by a bullet ant." May chimed in, "We have become part of the new age of smart TV. Ironic, isn't it?"

Clarkson was let go by BBC earlier this year from "Top Gear" for allegedly assaulting a crew member. He was replaced by British DJ Chris Evans.
