A string of Tyler, the Creator's shows in Australia may end up being canceled due to the rapper being banned from the country. He announced the ban himself in some tweets he posted on Monday, July 27.
"T IS NOW BANNED FROM AUSTRALIA, YOU WON @CoralieAlison IM HAPPY FOR YOU," he wrote in one post and added in another, "*PLAYS SMUCKERS VERSE* *SAD FACE* *GOLDENGAYTIME* MELBOURNE WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE AND TRIPLE J IS LIKE THE ONLY RADIO STATION THAT PLAYS ME."

Back in 2013, the organization started a petition asking Tyler's visa to be revoked and his shows to be canceled because his lyrics glorify violence against women. During a show in Sydney later that year, the Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All leader verbally attacked a member of the group, calling her a "f**king b**ch" and "c**t."
Earlier this year, Collective Shout renewed their campaign to have Tyler banned after learning the rapper would tour Australia.
