MKTO wasn't the only guest making surprise appearance at Taylor Swift's Foxborough concert over the weekend. A shark unexpectedly showed up on the stage during the show that night, prompting numerous people to accuse the country-turned-pop superstar of throwing shade at her nemesis Katy Perry.
The shark appeared as a projection alongside Swift while she was performing "Bad Blood", the song about her feud with a fellow female entertainer whom everyone believes is Perry. When the shark popped up behind her, the 25-year-old singer briefly giggled before continuing the song.

Sharks have been associated with Perry after the singer brought along dancers in shark costumes when she's headlining the Superbowl halftime show earlier this year.
Some assumed that the shark cameo at Swift's concert was her response to a tweet Perry recently posted while the "Shake It Off" hitmaker was embroiled in an online spat with Nicki Minaj over the latter's MTV VMA nominations.
"Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman," Perry wrote at that time.
