Demi Moore apparently doesn't bother cleaning her swimming pool after a man was found dead in it on Sunday morning, July 19. The "Very Good Girls" actress reportedly hasn't drained her swimming pool three days after the incident.

TMZ reported that, according to local law, the 52-year-old actress was not required to clean nor drain the pool after the death. The law only required the pool be disinfected after drowning or evidence of blood, excrement or vomit. An aerial photo posted by the website showed that the pool was still filled with the same water that drowned the man.

In a statement released later on the day the body was found, the "Another Happy Day" actress said, "I am in absolute shock. I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news." Demi also expressed her sympathy and asked the privacy of the man's family to be respected, "The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man's family and friends. I ask that you please respect the privacy of all concerned during this sensitive time."

The death reportedly occurred on Saturday night when Demi's caretaker threw a party at her house. The victim was one of the guests at the party. Sources said the victim, who didn't know how to swim, apparently slipped and fell into the pool. His body was found on early Sunday morning.
