A man was found dead in Demi Moore's swimming pool at her Beverly Crest home on Saturday night, July 18. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that police discovered the body of the 21-year-old man on early Sunday at the bottom of the pool after he apparently drowned.
According to the sources, Demi's caretaker threw the party and invited the victim while the "Very Good Girls" actress was out of town. The caretaker and others allegedly went out at some point leaving the victim behind and when they came back the victim was already at the bottom of the pool. Sources say the victim, who didn't know how to swim, apparently slipped and fell in the pool.
The sources said neither Demi nor her kids were present at the time, but a neighbor tells the site Demi's kids have been staying at the house for weeks and have been throwing "parties every day, day and night."
There was no foul play and police are still investigating the case. Demi's representative hasn't commented on the issue yet.
