The former '19 Kids and Counting' star announced the happy news on Twitter and Instagram on Sunday, July 19.

AceShowbiz - Josh Duggar and his wife Anna Duggar have welcomed their fourth child, a daughter, together. Amidst his child molestation scandal, Josh announced the happy news on Twitter and Instagram on Sunday, July 19.

Josh posted a photo of him and his wife holding their new bundle of joy. The little girl was wrapped in pink blanket and wore a polkadots hat. He captioned it, "Announcing the arrival of Meredith Grace Duggar! 7lbs 14 ozs, 20-1/2in - Anna and Meredith are resting & doing well!"

The former "19 Kids and Counting" star added a close-up picture of his newborn daughter along with caption, "Here's another photo... #MeredithGraceDuggar." Meredith joins siblings Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 4, and Marcus 2.

Josh and Anna's baby news comes after a tumultuous time for the Duggar family. Back in May, the family confirmed that Josh had molested his sisters, including Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar, when he was teenager.

On Thursday, July 16, TLC officially canceled "19 Kids and Counting" following Josh's scandal. "After thoughtful consideration, TLC and the Duggar family have decided to not move forward with 19 Kids and Counting," the network said. "The show will no longer appear on the air."

The network will later air "a one-hour documentary that will include Jill and Jessa and other survivors and families that have been affected by abuse." It explained, "TLC has been especially concerned for the victims in this situation, including the Duggar family, and it is our hope that this effort will help those in need learn where to turn for information and help. The documentary will be commercial free, and we anticipate it will air later this summer."
