AceShowbiz - Young Thug has landed in the slammer. The "Stoner" rapper whose real name is Jeffrey Williams was taken into custody by U.S. marshals on a warrant by Dunwoody police. He is facing criminal charges for allegedly making terroristic threats.
The 22-year-old rapper was arrested without incident at a house in Sandy Springs, Georgia, according to Jim Joyner, spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He then was taken to the DeKalb County jail.
The arrest stemmed from Young Thug's dispute with a security guard at the Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. The rapper was accused of threatening to shoot the mall cop in the face. He was asked to leave the premise and was being escorted out when making the violent threat earlier this month.
