Drake is readying a music video for his "Energy". Before dropping it in full, the rapper shared via Instagram on Sunday, July 5 a sneak-peek. "Energy directed by Fleur & Manu coming soon," he wrote in the caption.
The super brief preview offers glimpses at a couple of young boys with one of them pointing a gun at the camera. Drizzy also appears in the less-than-10-second clip, rapping his lines while being joined by his crew.
Produced by Boi-1da and OB O'Brien, "Energy" is another standout from his latest mixtape "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" which topped the Billboard 200 chart following its surprise arrival earlier this year.
The project precedes the highly-anticipated "Views From the 6" album that's due out later this year. The follow-up to the Canadian MC's 2013 full-length "Nothing Was the Same" is executive produced by Noah "40" Shebib and will feature a collaboration with Beyonce Knowles.
