AceShowbiz - Kendrick Lamar made a surprise appearance at Chance the Rapper's Teens in the Park Festival in Chicago on Wednesday, June 24. The Compton native surprised the crowd at Northerly Island when he came out of nowhere to perform his "m.A.A.d City" and "i".
The TIP Festival was a free event only available for young Chicagoans aged 13 to 24. It featured a headlining set from Chance's Social Experiment colleague Donnie Trumpet. Chance, of course, showed up at the event, joining Donnie for some tracks from their collaborative album "Surf".

Kendrick's appearance at TIP came less than two weeks after he and Chance made cameos during Earth, Wind & Fire's set at Bonnaroo. In some tweets he posted after the show, Chance revealed that he had no plan to perform with the band at the festival.
"So I'm just minding my own business camping at @Bonnaroo," he said. "Outta nowhere legendary bassist Verdine White of @EarthWindFire invites me and @kendricklamar to come on stage and freestyle with the band."
