A sexual assault investigation uncovers a horrifying nationwide mystery in the thriller which will premiere in August.

AceShowbiz - The first full trailer for upcoming thriller "Regression" starring Ethan Hawke and Emma Watson has landed online for viewing pleasure. Hawke plays a detective who investigates a sexual abuse case involving a young woman named Angela (Watson) and her father.
"Nobody is going to hurt you anymore," the detective says as he tries to get the terrified woman to talk. She opens up, "I heard a knock at the door, there is an old lady, she had this weird smile on her face. She took me downstairs. They were wearing robes. It was a black mass."
Angela accuses her father, John Gray (David Dencik), of an unspeakable crime. When John unexpectedly and without recollection admits guilt, renowned psychologist Dr. Raines (David Thewlis) is brought in to help him relive his memories and what they discover unmasks a horrifying nationwide mystery.
The movie will arrive Stateside on August 28.
