AceShowbiz - The Game handed himself into Los Angeles police department following a felony criminal threats charge and arrest warrant over him that was issued last week. The "Black on Black" rapper surrendered to the department on Monday, June 8 and was released also on the same day.

According to Los Angeles police Officer Mike Lopez, The Game entered the department's Hollywood Division on Monday afternoon at around 12:00 P.M. However, the jail time was considerably very short as he was released an hour later at 1:06 P.M. after posting $50,000 bail.

Before turning himself into police custody, the "Hate It or Love It" rapper took to Instagram on Friday night, June 5 to share his last moment as a free man. "Relaxing in the sauna before I turn myself in..... But what you gone do when you get outta jail... I'm gonna have some fun," he captioned a snap of him sitting in a sauna. He accompanied the snap with a long list of the things he wanted to do once he was released.

In March, The Game got into a fight with an off-duty LAPD officer Onyebuchi Awaji during a basketball game. In a video captured by someone at the event, the rapper was clearly seen throwing his fist in the cop's face before the star reportedly threatened to shoot the police.

Following the incident, Awaji filed a lawsuit against the rapper claiming that the punch caused a serious brain injury.
