Kim Kardashian is pregnant again. The 34-year-old reality star announced she and her husband Kanye West are expecting their second child in a teaser following the mid-season finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" on Sunday, May 31.
The clip obtained by E! Online shows Kim learning of the exciting news during a doctor's appointment. North West's mom later spills the bean to her sister Khloe Kardashian. "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim, who's smiling widely, tells Khloe.
In the Sunday episode, Kim looks thoroughly discouraged when her doctor explains to her the next steps in her quest to get pregnant. "I'm like so over it," she tells the doctor, "Like I'm exhausted, so I'm sure everyone gets to that point. I'm like, 'Okay, I'm done.' "
Before the May 31 episode aired, Kim teased her fans on Twitter that there would be some "exciting news" coming. "Who is excited for tonight's KUWTK finale?!?!?! There's some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in!!!!!" she wrote. After the footage aired, her BFF Jonathan Cheban sent her a congratulation message on Twitter.
