Taylor Swift is all the Skyview High School students need to avoid taking their World History final exam. Colter Pierce, a teacher at the school in Billings, Montana, has promised that he will cancel the test if he gets a call from the pop superstar.
A student named Ike Stoner was the one who came up with the idea, so he's the one Pierce asked to make the call happen. "It was just kind of a joke really," Stoner told KTVQ. "I just wanted to see if I could get more followers on Twitter."
Of why Swift got chosen for the bet, Pierce said that he had a celebrity crush on the "Shake It Off" hitmaker. "Pretty much all semester, I've been talking about Taylor Swift," he explained.
So far, there's still no call from Swift, who's currently busy playing shows on her "1989" tour. A photo of Pierce and Stoner shaking hands to seal their deal has been floating around the internet and has more than 275,000 shares.
