Brandon Flowers brought out another special guest on his European tour. After being joined by The Pretenders' Chrissie Hynde at his London gig for a performance of "Don't Get Me Wrong", the frontman of The Killers invited New Order's Bernard Sumner when he made a stop in Manchester on Sunday night, May 24.

"I remember when I was a kid, I lived in this really small town in rural Utah and nothing exciting was happening. It was when MTV used to be relevant and play great music videos," Flowers said while introducing Sumner in front of the crowd.

"I can still see what the room looked like and what kind day it was outside, and New Order was on the screen, and I was just hooked, and it ended up having a big influence on me," he added before "the chairman of the beat" Sumner emerged on the stage and assisted Flowers for a cover of the classic "Bizarre Love Triangle".

Flowers is currently enjoying the success of his solo album, "The Desired Effect", which debuted at No. 1 on the U.K.'s albums chart earlier this week. He recently revealed that he and New Order were working on a project together, although he refused to give more details.
