Kendrick Lamar is readying a music video for another "To Pimp a Butterfly" cut. After visiting his hometown of Compton for "King Kunta", the rapper hit Treasure Island near San Francisco late last week to shoot the "Alright" visuals with director Colin Tilley.
A number of photos and short clips from the filming set have made their way out online thanks to many fans in attendance. One snap sees Lamar crowd-surfing over a large crowd, while another shows him suspended over the people via steel cables.
According to East Bay Express, there were around 100 extras including local rappers Los Rakas and Ezale joining the shoot. K. Dot reportedly asked them to "go dumb in place."
"Alright" will the the third song off "To Pimp a Butterfly" to have a music video, following "King Kunta" and "i". Lamar most recently appeared alongside numerous famous faces in the clip for Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" that broke a Vevo record with 20.1 million views in 24 hours.
