Whoopi Goldberg confirms that the show is currently in talks with Raven-Symone and Collins, who have guest hosted on the ABC daytime series, to join the show on a permanent basis.

AceShowbiz - "The View" is close to finding replacement for Rosie O'Donnell and according to Whoopi Goldberg, the show will be not adding just one, but two co-hosts to the panel. The longtime moderator herself spilled the beans when announcing Raven-Symone and Michelle Collins' return for Friday's (May 22) episode.
"We love saying it, but Raven and Michelle will be back tomorrow," she told the audience during the Thursday, Mat 21 episode of the daytime talk show, before adding, "We're trying to make it permanent, so write in to everybody."
A spokeswoman for the show says no decision has been made as of now. However, sources confirm that the talk with Raven-Symone is currently ongoing. "They think she's really smart but also a little kooky and so she'd be a good fit," a so-called TV insider tells Us Weekly. Another source adds of Raven-Symone, "Every night she studies all the current events and topics for the next day. Everyone is blown away. Nobody else prepares like she does!"
Raven-Symone and Collins have appeared as co-hosts on the show several times since Rosie O'Donnell, who just returned last fall, left her post in February.
