Paris Hilton has apparently found a new love. The hotel heiress has sparked rumors of her dating multi-millionaire Joe Fournier after they were spotted getting cozy at the Cannes Film Festival on Monday, May 18.

And while sources claimed the bond between them was just a "casual" relationship, Paris, 34, and Joe, 32, have been seeing each other for a few months. Both of them were said to be partying in Cannes and staying at the Carlton hotel.

Paris herself remained coy when being asked by Mirror Online's Bagatelle Beach about the nature of her relationship with Joe. "I love British guys. I miss my dogs, though. My bed feels so empty without them. They are better than any man," said the socialite. "When I have come with boyfriends before they have always obstructed me from having fun," she went on saying about hitting the event's red carpet all alone.

"Now I feel really free, I do what I want, when I want. I love British guys," Paris raved. "I'm with my girlfriend here - we are wing ladies to each other. You know, I am a real lady. I can't just let any man in my bed."

Paris arrived at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival alongside then-boyfriend River Viiperi. As for Joe, he used to date "TOWIE" star Chloe Sims back in 2013, but they split up after only few months of dating.
