Donning a bejeweled dress, the singer gives her fans a preview of the music video of her new single 'Infinity' during the event to celebrate her upcoming residency.

AceShowbiz - New queen of Las Vegas Mariah Carey made a grand entrance at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Monday, April 27 to celebrate her residency in the city. The singer arrived at the iconic venue wearing a sheer bejeweled nude-colored dress while riding a retro pink convertible behind mobile billboards emblazoned with the titles of her 18 No. 1 singles.
She was later being carried on a platform through the casino by men dressed like gladiators. During the press conference, she thanked her fans for the warm welcome as her new single "Infinity" was played through the speaker.
"Thank you everybody for coming here today to experience this moment. I will never forget it for as long as I live," she said. "There's a new girl in town. You'll be seeing me walking around." At the press conference, the diva also sang "Infinity" and let fans take a peek into its music video, which is expected to arrive in full in the coming days.
Carey's residency at Caesars Palace will start on May 6 and will run through July 26. She'll perform her chart-topping songs, which will also appear on her new album "#1 to Infinity". Tickets for the upcoming shows are priced from $55 to $250.
