A new Nas album is coming. The hip-hop icon announced during his show at Vain Nightclub in Orlando over the weekend that he's readying a new full length which he planned to release this summer. "Right muthaf**kin' now, death to all snitches. Watch every n***a around you my n***as 'cause s**t is real out here. 2015, new album this summer," he told the crowd.

This will be Nas' first studio album since his 2012 critically-acclaimed "Life Is Good". A rep for his Mass Appeal Records has confirmed that the rapper will release his forthcoming project via Def Jam. Other details, including exact release date and whether or not it will feature "The Season" which was released last October, are still kept under wraps.

Between working on his new LP, Nas assisted Madonna on some songs off her latest album "Rebel Heart" and worked on his own documentary "Nas: Time Is Illmatic" which arrived to commemorate the 20th anniversary of his debut set "Illmatic".
