The scientist answers an 'important' question about 'the cosmological effect' of Zayn leaving young girls across the universe heartbroken when he announced his departure from the group.

AceShowbiz - Stephen Hawking is the latest big name to weigh in on Zayn Malik's departure from One Direction. As reported by BuzzFeed, the famed physicist based at Cambridge University in the U.K. appeared as a hologram on Saturday, April 25 at the Sydney Opera House in Australia to give a lecture about the universe and mysteries of science, and that's when he proposed a theory of another universe where the 22-year-old hunk's a part of the super popular group.
His interesting statement came after someone in audience asked him about "the cosmological effect of Zayn leaving One Direction and consequently breaking the hearts of millions of teenage girls across the world."
The 73-year-old scientist then replied, "Finally, a question about something important," before advising the heartbroken teenage girls "to pay close attention to the study of theoretical physics, because one day there may well be proof of multiple universes."
"It would not be beyond the realms of possibility that somewhere outside of our own universe lies another different universe. And in that universe, Zayn is still in One Direction," he explained. He concluded his answer, "This girl may like to know that in another possible universe, she and Zayn are happily married."
Zayn Malik did break the hearts of millions of Directioners around the world when he announced back in March that he's leaving his One Direction bandmates in order to become "a normal 22-year-old." The British lad, however, has been rumored to be planning a solo career.
