The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star speaks out about her arrest in an interview with Dr. Phil McGraw, saying that she is fully responsible for the disturbance in the restaurant.

Kim Richards opens up about her drunk arrest in an interview with Dr. Phil McGraw for his daytime talk show. On the show that will be aired on Tuesday, April 28, the star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" admits that the chaos was all because of her fault.
"I was angry and frightened and I was scared," Richards tells Dr. Phil of her arrest. "I knew what I had done. The whole night is my fault. None of this would have happened if I didn't drink."
A source close to Richards claimed that her drunken actions were prompted by feeling of "distraught" and "embarrassed" after watching the three-part reunion for the seventh season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".
The insider added that Richards' actions were also because her ex-husband Monty Brinson, who is battling cancer, continued to depend on her for support. "A big part of all of this is that she is just stressed out," the source claimed. "She is under a lot of pressure, especially because of Monty."
Richards was arrested on Thursday early morning, April 16 for multiple charges including public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer after allegedly causing a mess at Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to official, police arrived at the hotel restaurant at 1:30 A.M. after receiving a report from security there. They claimed that a female who was later recognized as Richards freaked out and caused "a disturbance." She was arrested at 2:04 A.M. and is due to appear at LAX Superior Court on June 10.
