Having had a number of tattoos on her body, Demi Lovato decided to replace the lips tattoo, which she referred to as "vagina tattoo," with a new fresh ink of giant rose. The actress/singer had the old tattoo covered and then shared a photo of her new ink on Instagram.

"Bye bye and hello .. Thank you SO MUCH to my brother @GEESPOTAT2... It looks beaaauutiful and I LOVE it!!" so she captioned a pic of the new ink on her forearm. She also added some hashtags, "#RIPvaginatattoo #kidsdontdodrugs."

In addition to the so-called "vagina tattoo", Lovato has numerous other tattoos on her body, including the words "Stay" and "Strong" on her wrists, the flock of 12 birds on her forearm, the words "I am a warrior" on her shoulder, as well as the word "Faith" on her right elbow. Each of the tattoos represented significant milestones in her career and personal life journey.
