Gal Gadot Responds to Criticism That She's Too Skinny to Play Wonder Woman

Instead of taking those negative comments seriously, Gadot claims they 'mostly amuse' her as she realized it's part of her job as an actress.

AceShowbiz - Attached to upcoming flick "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" to star as Wonder Woman , Gal Gadot has been criticized for being too skinny to fit in the character's body. Many also assume her boobs are too small to appropriately replicate the iconic superhero.

Despite all the negative comments addressed to her, Gadot sure knows best how to handle them and is still confident with her curves. In an interview with Robot Underdog, the 29-year-old actress stated, "They said that I was too skinny and my boobs were too small ... When I was younger I would take criticism really hard. But now it mostly amused me."

Gadot went on sharing, "The true amazons had one boob so it won't bother them in their archery. So it's not going to be like real amazons. We always try to make everyone happy but we can't." She went on calling those negative comments as "empty talk," adding that she realized part of having worked on entertainment business is "being exposed" and occasionally "being under fire."

In further interview with Robot Underdog, Galdot also talked about the preparations she underwent for the role as well as her reaction the first time she got the official notice that she won the part of Wonder Woman. In the upcoming superhero-action flick "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", Gadot will share screen with the likes of Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jesse Eisenberg, and Amy Adams among many others. The film is slated for March 25, 2016 release in the United States.
