While "Tha Carter V" is still delayed by Cash Money, fans may soon get "Carter 6". The latter, however, isn't the title of another Lil Wayne album. That's what fellow rapper Young Thug has named his own upcoming project.

Wayne's daughter Reginae wasn't pleased about Thug's decision. In a string of Twitter posts she sent out on Tuesday, March 17, the 16-year-old girl shared her opinion on the title and blasted the MC as she defended her father's legacy.

"Is he trying to be funny with this Carter6 ? Cause it's pretty childish to me ! #myopinion," she wrote. "Try again if you're even trying to get on my fathers level." She later explained in follow-up tweets that she didn't try to be disrespectful with her comments.

"Listen . I usually stay in a child's place but that's my father and I'll stick up for him no matter what ! It was not to be disrespectful," she wrote. "But you know what . I don't have to explain myself ! I don't regret anything and I'll repeat myself if I have to."

"Behind all the cameras and media , there's a real family with real feelings," she added. "YOU CANT SIT WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Earlier on Tuesday, Thug confrimed that his debut album would be called "Carter 6". He posted on Instagram a video with the caption, "#CARTER6 OTW," and then previewed a new song called "We Free".
