In addition to seeking joint custody of daughter Ava, Renner claimed Pacheco 'has waived the right to receive spousal support' as stated in their prenup.

AceShowbiz - Jeremy Renner has broken his silence and fired back at estranged wife Sonni Pacheco following her divorce filing in December last year. In his own filing Friday, February 20, the 44-year-old actor requested the court to terminate Pacheco's right to spousal support. "Under the terms of the Parties' Prenuptial Agreement, Petitioner has waived the right to receive spousal support," so read the documents as quoted by E! News.

The documents, moreover, stated that along with "miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects" and money Renner made before, during and after their 10-month marriage, "there are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the Parties' Premarital Agreement." And regarding the estranged couple's nearly-2-year-old daughter Ava, Renner wants joint custody for him and Pacheco.

Terms of Renner and Pacheco's prenuptials agreement have not been disclosed though. Lawyers for both parties also declined to comment on the ongoing divorce. Meanwhile, a hearing has been scheduled for April 1 later this year.

Jeremy Renner married Canadian model Sonni Pacheco in January 2014. Their daughter Ava was born in March 2013. Back in December, she filed for divorce from him, citing irreconcilable differences. In addition to seeking child support and legal fees, she wants primary custody of Ava. She, moreover, wanted their prenuptial agreement to be dismissed due to "fraud."
