While Bruce Jenner himself remains silent on his gender transition, his mother Esther Jenner has revealed she's proud of her son's decision. In an interview with Radar Online, she opened up, "I just learned about [his transition]. Bruce filled me in, and we had a very long, long, long talk about it."
Claiming she didn't know about Bruce's struggle of transforming into a woman until recently, Esther went on sharing, "Right now I am more proud of him for what he's allowing himself to do. I am more proud of him now than when he stood on that podium and put the gold medal around his neck. He deserves all the respect." When asked about news of him doing a tell-all interview, she simply stated, "Right now I am more proud of him for what he's allowing himself to do. I am more proud of him now than when he stood on that podium and put the gold medal around his neck. He deserves all the respect."
"I support him whole-heartedly," Esther continued telling Radar Online. She then added, "I just love him like I always have."
