While Bobbi is still in critical condition, Bobby's attorney says, 'Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.'

AceShowbiz - Bobbi Kristina Brown was never married to Nick Gordon. Bobby Brown's attorney Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said in a statement on Tuesday, February 3, "We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina. To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."
The statement also included a message from Bobby about his daughter's condition. "We continue to request privacy in this matter," the 45-year-old rapper said, "Please allow for our family to deal with this matter and give Bobbi Kristina the love and support she needs at this time."
According to TMZ, Whitney Houston's family also agreed with Bobby that Bobbi and Nick never officially wed. The Houston family sources tell the site that there are no legal documents which would let Nick receive any of Whitney's fortune inherited by Bobbi if she passes away.
Bobbi announced her engagement to Nick on Facebook back in 2013. "YES, we me nick are engaged," she wrote, "I'm tired of hearing people say 'eww your engaged to your brother or if Whitney was still alive would we be together or would she approve of this.' Let me clear up something, we aren't even real brother and sister nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating. My mom knows me better than any of you."
Then in January 2014, Bobbi announced her supposed marriage to Nick by posting a photo of their hands sporting what appeared to be wedding rings. "@nickgordon! #HappilyMarried," she captioned it, "SO #Inlove. If you didn't get it the first time that is."
In other news, Nick has been reportedly banned from seeing Bobbi after getting into a brawl with hospital security on Saturday. An eyewitness told Radar Online, "You could hear scuffling [around her room]. About maybe two to three minutes later, they came back with this person and they had their hands on him like holding onto him and you could see that everybody was distressed."
According to the eyewitness, hospital security and uniformed police officers "physically escorted [Nick] from the floor." The eyewitness added, "The whole incident was very upsetting. It seemed like he had snuck up the back stairs, near the break room. There were three men in suits that were on the floor the whole time. Security was so tight."
The eyewitness shared about the situation when Bobbi arrived at the hospital, "There were people running all around. The nurses station where she was, they were all running around. It seemed really serious. You could tell something was going on. It was like a fire drill. They went around closing patients doors and everything. Not very long before that somebody had died on the floor. So there was a whole lot going on that day."
The eyewitness continued, "There was a lot of hustle and bustle and from that time forward, there was hustle and bustle."
