A trailer for new comedy "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" from "30 Rock" creators Tina Fey and Robert Carlock has arrived. It follows a woman who starts a new life in a modern New York after living underground in an apocalypse cult for years.
She loves dancing and eating candy for dinner, but is scared of Velcro. Everything is new to her, but she soon learns that "life beats you up." She says, "You can either curl up in a ball and die, or you can stand up and say, 'We're different, and you can't break us!' "
Ellie Kemper ("The Office", "Bridesmaids) plays the title role. Tituss Burges is cast as her roommate, and Jane Krakowski is a working mother whom Kimmy works for as a nanny. Originally developed for NBC, the show eventually landed on Netflix with a two-season commitment. It premieres March 6.
