Movie

The stunt choreographer named Guillermo Grispo teases the fight in a new interview, mentioning a 'thought that Batman has no chance, that [Superman] will squash him like a bug.'

AceShowbiz - The highly-anticipated "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will not arrive in theaters until next year and fans are curious about the movie and how the two superheroes' showdown will turn out. "Batman v Superman" stunt choreographer Guillermo Grispo recently teased the battle in an interview with Spanish website Los Andes Diario, mentioning people's assumption that Batman would be crushed by Superman.

"Look, at Warner Bros., they are very strict, so I can't say much," Grispo said, according to translation provided by Batman News. "But it's no surprise if I say Batman and Superman come face-to-face in the movie. It's one of the most important sequences and I was actively involved in the design of the fight: the exchange of punches and the physical movement were put together with my partner Ryan Watson."

"There's a thought that Batman has no chance, that the other [Superman] will squash him like a bug. But when you see the movie, and how it all comes out, there's a very intelligent explanation as to why they would have a firsthand confrontation though it seems to be totally to Batman's disadvantage," he added.

In other news, a new promotional image from the movie has been floating online. Arriving via JoBlo on Monday, January 19, the photo which was taken at the Hong Kong International Licensing Show shows Batman sporting a slightly different pose. He stands upright compared to the "sad Batman" photo which was previously released.

"Batman v Superman" will see Henry Cavill returning as Batman while Ben Affleck plays the Caped Crusader. Gal Gadot plays Wonder Woman and Jesse Eisenberg portrays Lex Luthor. Directed by Zack Snyder, the movie is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on March 25, 2016. A first teaser trailer reportedly will be attached to "Jupiter Ascending" which arrives in theater next month.
