When "The Good Wife" returns with a new episode next week, Alicia Florrick can focus on the State's Attorney debate after Cary's fate was determined in the latest episode. But she is seemingly not at her best during the crucial debate with Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce), looking stunned and losing for words on podium.
She appears to be overwhelmed during a briefing with her team, but is still determined to win the race for State's Attorney. Meanwhile, Peter and the city of Chicago prepare for a potential riot. Cary is back to work after his case was dismissed with prejudice. "I missed this," he tells Diane with a cheerful face.
The new episode of the drama series airs Sunday, January 11 at 9 P.M. on CBS. Rachael Harris, Angela Reed, Chris Matthews and Will Cobbs are among gues stars in the said outing.
