Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are taking their relationship to the next level. The actor who played the hunky werewolf Alcide on HBO's "True Blood" reportedly popped the big question to his hot girlfriend on Christmas Day. "He wanted to do it in front of her family," a source opens up to Us Weekly.

Vergara, 42, and Manganiello, 38, started dating earlier this year after she called off her engagement to Nick Loeb, whom she had dated on and off since 2010. The "Modern Family" actress was recently spotted rocking a diamond ring while in Hawaii celebrating holiday and ringing in Manganiello's 38th birthday.

Before they dated, Manganiello called Vergara his celebrity crush. "She's got the curves, she's got a beautiful face, beautiful hair, just gorgeous," he told PEOPLE magazine. When later asked by Ryan Seacrest about his admission, the actor said, "I had forgotten I had said that. And when the magazine came out, by that time, we were seeing each other and when I got the magazine and opened it up and read it, I forgot I said that. I started laughing."

How did Vergara react to his admission? "She was laughing at me," the "Magic Mike" hottie revealed. "She thought that I was crazy for having said that out loud or said it in the magazine, but you know, I guess it worked."

It will be her second walk down the aisle. She was previously married to Joe Gonzalez. They have an adult son Manolo.
